November, 29, the corporate culture construction debriefing was held at Tongwei. The executive deputy secretary-general of Chinese Enterprise Association corporate culture construction committee Zhu Huiye and the project members made work report for corporate culture construction. Standing committee member of the CPPCC, board chairman of Tongwei Group, Liu Hanyuan, executive vice president Zhuo Yujiao, chairman of the board of supervisors Chen Xingyu, chairman of the labor union Li Siyu, as well as department officers attended the meeting.
Presided by assistant president Huang Qigang, the meeting published corporate culture construction diagnosis report for Tongwei Group, Tongwei Group corporate culture construction manual, as well as Tongwei Group corporate culture construction panning and implementation outline.
Tongwei has established a unique management model that dedicates to help identify, understand, and manage the factors that determine its success. This goal-oriented model encourages changes and self-improvements under the direction of basic principles. It includes feasible and effective management principles and norms of conduct that take forms of manuals, regulations, computerized programs and systems.
After listening to the report, Chairman Liu Hanyuan expatiated on the key points of corporate culture construction with the perspectives of Sichuan’s unique regional culture, internal management and corporate culture implementation specification, combined with US immigrant culture, European economic recession and domestic company cases. Mr. Liu said, a culture with too much comfort and leisure will only put a company at a disadvantageous position. Only when a company holds a strong wolf quality, will it keep developing with great momentum.
